PDF Patterns

Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns and other digital products, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Order cancellations are not accepted once payment has been received and accepted.

Print Patterns & Other Physical Items

For printed patterns and other physical items, you have 10 days to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
